This study discusses about a new regional economic order taking shape in the Asia and the Pacific regions. The Asia and the Pacific NREO has three main constituent parts: an emergent subregionalism; growing transactions in trade and other types of economic cooperation, as well as in the regional exchange of skills and technology; and the rise in the number and activities of regional intercountry organizations. Taken together, these three elements provide supporting evidence for a new regionalism that is extent today in Asia and the Pacific
