This study was made to provide information about the Philippine commercial banks' inputs and output. The statistical revenue cost accounting technique presented is utilized for this purpose. Interestingly, the results do not only aid us in appropriately classifying bank outputs and inputs but they give us information on the net rate of returns on the elements of bank portpolio
